As a leadership team, our goal is to train up the local church to connect directly to families, build relationship, and share the hope of Jesus. As we re-open, our ministries will look different. As a leadership team, we will position ourselves to lead, teach, and create space for others to find their minsitry at SERVE 6.8.

This will require a few things:

1. Flexibility will be key
2. Be prepared to have your heart challenged - as a leader in ministry it becomes less about what you want to do and more about building others up in ministry.
3. Continually remind yourselves why we are here - our whole purpose is to build the local church and connect families to the redemptive power of Jesus.

Yes! We would love to have your children serve alongside you. There are a few guidelines that we must follow in order to ensure the Resource Center stays a safe and welcoming space to everyone.

1. Any children under the age of 14 must serve alongside a parent or guardian and are only allowed to participate in approved activities. These activities include: sorting/restocking clothing or food, cleaning, packing Christmas toys, etc. Unapproved activities include: moves, construction projects, unloading trucks/pallet organization, anything with heavy lifting or machinery, etc.
2. Teens between 16 and 18 may serve without a parent, but must have a parent sign a liability waiver on their behalf beforehand.
3. If you bring your children to serve with you, they must remain by your side and not creating safety issues or interrupt ministries from being operated.

If a parent is unable to follow these guidelines, they will be asked to leave for the day and if it's consistently an issue, to no longer bring children with them to serve.
