Board of Directors

SERVE 6.8 has a Board of Directors that meets bi-monthly and oversees operations. Board members are recruited for their commitment, expertise, and diverse experience as leaders and advocates for solutions that serve people in need and our community as a whole. The terms for the SERVE 6.8’s Board of Directors are two years and members have a 100% financial contribution rate to the organization.

Greg Dix

Board Chair

Greg Dix is the Director of Engineering for the ASIC Products Division of Avago Technologies Inc. In his role at Avago Technologies, Greg has been responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership, financial budgets, productivity, operational efficiencies and direct management of a +250 person world-wide R&D organization in Colorado, California and Singapore which designs products and services for customers in the US, Europe, India and South East Asia.

Grant Pahlau

Grant serves as a pastor at Faith Church of Fort Collins, overseeing many aspects of care ministry.  Throughout his 30+ years of ministry in the church, he has been passionate about the Gospel and its wonderful work in the lives of teens and adults alike.  One of Grant’s greatest joys is equipping the church family to care for each other through the challenges, changes and crises of this life.  An even greater joy for Grant is to see the love and power of Jesus redeem, transform and heal people! It is a dream of Grant’s heart to see Christ do “abundantly more than we could even ask or imagine” in this city and region! Grant and his wife, Deb, have called Fort Collins home for the last 40 years.  Their immediate family consists of three wonderful children and four incredible grandchildren.

Kim Dei

Kim Dei is an Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager for Bank of Colorado in Fort Collins.  Kim has over 30 years of banking experience which has given her knowledge in both lending and the operations side of banking, as well as leadership experience.  She has been with Bank of Colorado since 2000.

LeeAnn Burrus

LeeAnn Burrus is the co-owner of a residential and commercial development business.  She has served on various boards in the business realm as well as community and church related boards, committees and ministries.   In past years she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and enjoyed mission opportunities with her church.  She has lived in northern Colorado for 24 years and has four grown children.

Kari Stewart

Kari Stewart is committed to connecting resources, partnerships and services with those who would be blessed by them. Collaboration between individuals, businesses and churches are a powerful tool to meeting the needs of the marginalized in our community. To SERVE 6.8, Kari brings 20 years of experience in advocating for at risk children and youth, leading a collaborative alliance focused on uniting agencies, organizations, state, county and churches for the sole purpose of being a voice for those who have no voice.
